Meet HES Literacy Coach and Local Author Shea Hopkins at the Herndon Children’s Book Festival

Herndon Elementary literacy coach, Shea Hopkins, will be a featured author who will be signing and selling copies of her new children’s book, The Christmas Crash. 

The Christmas Crash tells the story of siblings Sage and Dean who are excited go through the yearly tradition of choosing and decorating their Christmas tree. Something goes wrong and they must work together to fix their mistake! In doing so, they make new holiday memories for years to come. 

The Herndon Children’s Book Festival is in downtown Herndon and hosted by the bookstore, A Thousand Stories, 750 Center Street, Herndon, VA.
