Rachel Barranco, Herndon ES 

"Ms. Barranco regularly goes out of her way to make sure her students' needs are met. My student had a difficult time getting back into the school routine after the winter break. At the first sign of trouble, Ms. Barranco had a plan in place to help my student with the morning transition. She also followed up with me to ensure the plan was working. Ms. Barranco is an outstanding educator and I'm so glad she's at Herndon Elementary!"
