Karsyn Boyer & Jessica Chang, Herndon ES

"Karsyn Boyer and Jessica Chang go above and beyond every day to ensure that their students have all their needs met. Ms. Chang and Ms. Boyer are so great about brainstorming solutions to help students feel comfortable in the classroom. They make it a point to have a genuine and meaningful relationship with their students that helps them to feel loved and supported in the classroom. My child talks all the time about how much they loves these two women and how they make them feel safe at school. These two individuals work hard everyday to think out of the box in order to help students feel like their best selves. Ms. Chang and Ms. Boyer are amazing professionals who truly care about the kids they work with. FCPS is so lucky to have such great educators."
