Update! There will be NO in-person tech support on Tuesday, January 19. Devices may be dropped off and returned later in the week.
In-person support at Herndon ES only:
Beginning Monday, January 11, HES In-person Tech Support hours will be 12:00pm – 2:00pm, Monday- Friday, except on holidays, at the front entrance (Door 1). If a parent/student cannot stop by during these hours they may drop off their laptop which will be fixed/swapped out in a 24 hour time frame. Parents will be contacted as to when the laptop is ready for pickup.
